1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "ck4444", "platform", "we" or "site" refers to the online gaming and betting service operated by ck4444. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

When registering an account, you must correctly fill in your name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. An account opened with false or incomplete information may be cancelled at any time.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions, ck4444 may request identity verification. This process may involve submitting a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. If verification is not completed within the specified time, account activity may be restricted.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The approved methods for deposits and withdrawals on ck4444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

ck4444 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction and to place it on hold if necessary. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the appropriate authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ck4444 currently offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• A member may not claim a specific promotion more than once.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus is earned, the entitlement to the bonus will be forfeited.
• All bonus offers may be changed or cancelled at any time at ck4444's discretion.
• The bonus balance will not be treated as cash until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of misuse of bonus benefits is found, the associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

ck4444's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier, calculated as a fixed percentage of the week's net losses.

Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.

7 Betting Rules

ck4444 has separate rules for placing bets in sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other sections. Detailed rules for each section are available on the respective section page.

7.1 General Betting Conditions

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ck4444 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, stakes are generally refunded; however, results stand for markets that have already been settled.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.

7.2 Game Errors and Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding any game or betting result, the support team must be contacted within 72 hours. The data stored in ck4444's system will be treated as the final record.

8 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck4444 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software.
• Using bots, auto-clickers, or any automated software to place bets.
• Using or attempting to steal another member's account credentials.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Inappropriate or offensive conduct on the platform.

If an account is closed for such activities, the balance may be forfeited and ck4444 reserves the right to take legal action.

9 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Deposit limits: you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Betting limits: the amount wagered can be restricted over a defined period.
• Cooling-off: your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period.
• Permanent self-exclusion: you can apply to have your account permanently closed.

Strict identity verification measures are in place to keep those under 21 away from gaming.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Mobile App Terms

ck4444's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. These same terms and conditions apply to use of the app. The app is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes or redistribution.

12 Limitation of Liability

ck4444 accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Account information being compromised due to a member's own negligence.
• Issues arising from faults in third-party software or devices.
• Service unavailability due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.

13 Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

ck4444's customer support team provides service in both Bangla and English, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Contact can be made via live chat and email.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the support team in the first instance. If the issue remains unresolved, a formal complaint may be filed. ck4444 reviews all complaints impartially.

14 Validity of Terms and Applicable Law

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Any dispute relating to this agreement will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

ck4444 may partially or fully amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Amended terms take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
